I like this Guard, he seems to still be one of the SHOUTERS. Truly wish the others did as well, rather than their gentle pulls and whispers to get off. Don't they feel humiliated while doing that? Because they certainly aren't getting the respect they should be getting.

This horse just doesn't want ANYONE in his circle, I don't blame him because all the tourists do the same thing, ANNOY HORSE AND TROOPER. Leave the reins alone, stay away and give them space, read the signs, and then you might get away unscathed. Love how this trooper isn't afraid to shout to push the tourists along and scare the crap out of them🤣🤣🤣❤

*Great job by this guard! Yelling is the only language that most tourists understand. ~~~~* 6:07 - People that park themselves in front of the horse, so that no one else is able to get a photo, are selfish. 🤦‍♀ They think they are special apparently. Get your photo and move along!

You can see the horse enjoying the touch of some of these people, it seems that the common factor is those people don't care about the camera and are respective and understanding of the horse's body language. The horse seems to like scratches on his nose and forehead and dislike being touched on his side.

It's really too bad the horses are made to go through this totally unnecessary taking up of the gauntlet for the sake of tourism. The humans know full well their purpose. The horses, like so many, many animals, are stuck.

It’s not for the sake of tourism. It is a traditional role of guarding the King’s property. Sadly, it has become a touristy nightmare.

What don't people get? It's quite simple: guys in spectacularly absurd uniforms sit on horses outside to attract the tourists, many of whom then go into the courtyard and spend their cash at the 'guard shop'. It's a bit like Disney world
