An excellent Carbon Fiber upgrade kit. Increased strength, but less weight. this is a great upgrade for my Limitless and it will enhance the overall performance.

Chamfering the edges on the parts can prevent stress risers and creates a tougher part. You may also want to run some ca (better yet epoxy) around the edges of the carbon to help prevent delamination. Personally I'd want some shock caps or something too if they aren't protected by the body. They will be very strong but I can see the shocktowers delaminating if they get dragged along the ground a lot.

@@smurfopax9056 I use the same set of arrowmax and mip tools for almost 5 year and the only screw a stripped was a m3 grub screw with a gallon of thread lock on it

@@littorio97 Yeah, try to use them on a daily basis at work and you will see what a pain the handles are. I stay with WERA, as i did the last 20 years.

@@smurfopax9056 arrowmax lightweight handle are rough on daily use I admit but I feel comfortable with the mip ones And I use the speed bits to reduce time and pain at the end of the day The fact that WERA is a good tool is a good news but in italy I never see this manufacturer

@@kevinwalker7102 The saying at Lotus was always "Add lightness" It means the motor has less weight to move so it can do so more efficiently , giving it more power to hit higher speeds.

@@seanandlee8280 Sure I understand that! But if there is too much weight reduction- then your needing to focus on more aerodynamics to keep it on the ground. I guess the big question is how much weight does one need to keep a 150 mph object from going airborne. So thats why I said removing that weight could cause possible more problems. Alot of factors. Too many for this guy-which barely graduated from highschool. Lol! Leave that to all the college gurus out there!

Like your content great work bro!!!! I like doing speed runs I don't go fast as you but I've gone up to 81mph hoping to reach 100mph and that would suffice.

Looks good man, only thing I would recommend for maybe the next carbon upgrade. Some side skirts, top part of the wing, maybe some wheel well air dam blockers, and possibly some carbon battery trays for Gt builds. Awesome looking product as always. 👌

Great info! This all has encouraged me to buy a desktop cnc machine. I do some 3D printing & just ordered the makerbot carbon fiber machine. I love the RC Hobby but Im working on possibly getting patents on a couple items I've made for my trade. But at the same time it will be fun to try to custom make some RC things as well.

Well im glad to see that you are safe with all that conflict in Israel. But racing is really in full swing here in Michigan and I've really wanted to show all my friends/racing buddies this perfect pass and I have been patiently waiting to see if one gets sent to me I really want to order one but have been holding off till I hear from you. And I love the quality of the carbon fiber kit. I ordered the kit as soon as it was available and I plan on ordering more for my other cars i was just hoping we could figure something out thanks alot NICK

As usual, awesome vids! Just curious, did you weigh the car before & after, to see what the difference in weight was? Would be cool to know how much weight was trimmed by the conversion. Would also be curious as how making the vehicle that light affect high speed runs, like making the car easier to become airborne at high speed. Sorry, I'm an engineer, I question everything because in 20 yrs of engineering, I learned this important rule "There's no such thing as a small change" 😄 Thanks again 😎👍

@@READYRICAN777 It will work for a felony besides the front splitter, everything will fit including front splitters but you will not have the two holes, we are working on felony front splitters
