The Raider would be a great first hobby grade rc due to the price and durability of this little thing i do plan on doing another video on it soon but it may be awhile because my budget is so tight right now. Right out of the box it will go right at 32mph and that is what i have measured with a radar gun!

The rear shocks are from Boom Racing they are the Boomerang Type I 100mm shocks they do have 90mm shocks also for the front but they are a little long. i would not recommend these shocks for the raider as they are somewhat weak. The best shock setup i have found for it has been the stock axial wraith shocks for the rear and the stock raider shocks for the front

Awesome, thanks for the honest feedback. For the front shocks I find the plastic construction not very durable.

I agree these days manufactures are makong parts cheaper and cheaper which brings the durability down. But so far i hve not found any other shocks that would work

Rc Outdoors I am planning on using some hobbyking ones but I can always switch back I guess

i would highly recommend charging the battery before your first run

it doesnt hurt hurt the battery all so dont worry

cool do you know the round about price to fully up grade my raider to go 60mph

im not entirely sure but the brushless system costs about $130 and then a smaller spur gear and a larger pinion so i am guessing right around $160
