You may want to ask at the TeknoParrot Discord server. I never had any issues with the new season edition freezing, although I haven't tried the very latest version of TeknoParrot.

They’ve done that for all the Daytona games. Maybe it was slightly easier to have two cars with the same sponsor than to create a sponsor for every single car.

I believe you can change the music volume to 0 in one of the .ini files.

I don't have any further plans for this game, unless I eventually try multiplayer, which I'm not sure about for now. If by expert mode, you mean changing the difficulty to the highest setting, I doubt I could do that anyways.

My other video of this game has the championship mode. The thing is, I think it's fairly difficult to get into a high enough ranking in a single lap on the last stage, and if you mess up, you can't just hit retry. You have to wait for the timer to count down to 0 before you can restart.

You have to go through arcade. find some arcade enter. Not all region are have daytone arcade remake like this. I did play on Disneyworld resort.

It's not exactly an emulator, but this is playable on PC with TeknoParrot.

@@GamerGee well that's your opinion if you change certain ini settings you can use different cars and set up more laps per race and change difficulty and other options. You can also set a controller correctly if you know what ini options to change lots of people were upset because the controller was to sensitive..I pretty much found the option right away. You can basically change it to arcade controls or dreamcast or xbox/ps3 version controller system. People just don't have any patience these days. I'm doing 40;lap races with pit stops. Fantastic..again ini settings.easy

Facts. They could have made an arcade of the Dreamcast port with all tracks but with Daytona 1 or 2 physics. This was trash!!

The fact is. Sega AM2 division made perfect play mechanics for this game. Any deviation is just a downgrade. Even the Saturn version played well despite looking like garbage.

This remake of Daytona USA originally came out around 2017, but this is an update to that game which came out in, I think, 2019. When you say no damage, you mean to the car? You can see it at 26:23.
