I guess the problem is with the writers who come up with ridiculous and contrived plots. The writers are just lazy and dumb. When Felicity was not a main character she would just pop up occasionally and provide some comic relief with her one-liners and unrequited love for Oliver(which I was fine with and quite liked her jokes in this dark tv). This gained traction for her among fans (read: teen tumblr fan-girls) and they made her popular. The dumb writers with zero talent , sensed an opportunity to stay lazy and not work their brains, and started pandering to those fans. This is how Felicity went on to become a Arrow queen and the show went down like the Queen's Gambit!

If they just got rid of felicity, everything would go back to how arrow was in season 2. Her constant bitching ruined season 3 and it carried over to season 4. They need to stop pushing her, it only makes us hate her more. Hate the character, love the actress.

They had Amell, Emily and David at their panel, but doesn't have the guts to adress the issues about the problems from season 4. IGN and most journalists are a bunch of cowards

Felicity Smoak is BRILLIANT and the reason why I keep watching Arrow y'all, and Original Team Arrow is just pure MAGIC! Love these three so much!!!

I just wished,DC would give this show to Netflix,so that they can reboot it.

arrow is a very good show! arrow is not BC and from the beggining the writers had clarify that they dont follow the comic canons and they have their own vision for the show! many fans didnt understand it and because the things didnt get as they wanted begin to revile and curse the writers and actors! its a shame because they deserve better! anyway there are not only the comic book fans and if you dont like the show dont watch it! anything else is malice, rudeness and persistence! so get it over and move on!

I don't mind felicity all that much but im a sucker for blondes. She humanizes Ollie. Yes, its not canon but oh well. Diggle though has to go. He's directly and 100% responsible for Canarys death. Siding with a brother whose a known and proven lair over someone you've been in battle with repeatedly is just wrong.

How about have Oliver go solo, and then kill every one of his teammates off by some villain. Then bring back Arsenal, and boom. Show fixed.
