My Bro-in-law worked for the Extension Service years ago, and the projectile points and tools he used to find around Talladega and Cheaha were phenomenal. I think my nephews may have his collection....not sure. Finding just ONE tool or point makes the whole day. Holding an artifact that was worked out of stone , hundreds, even thousands of years ago has always been very humbling, in my opinion. What say you ? God bless.

Whenever you see numerous deer tracks like that in a close in area they're very healthy and probably taking hydroxychloroquine wearing a mask and using hoof sanitizer say what you will it's amazing wonderful it's wonderfully amazing six months ago the world would never have seen a situation like this we're on the job man!!

As you've pointed out after watching my videos, I have some nice creeks to explore in my neck of the woods. However, when I was a teenager I spent a lot of time on a creek in Autauga County, Alabama. Wonderful memories. Thanks for making videos.

Ever see a fuzzy white log looking rock ? doesn't have to be long but that is Wonderful material - take it home !! Gem maker wants it big time or you for inside beauty of Butterscotch color. SiO2 replacement of wood. e.g. pine / palm. Palm seems to have brownish and holes.

EA, I think by noticing the blue-green shade of water (in the deeper holes in this creek) might explain the death of the small Bream. To a geologist, this visually indicates lower PH and nitrates. You did briefly mention a sewer odor. We enjoyed the video. D&P

Briar ? Briar Rabbit ? in there ? Tis the south! All of the overhangs will come down in a year or two - as storms make the creek rage and undercut more the overhang drops and spreads history down river. Come back ya hear!

You have to slow down in creeks to find them. There are just way too many rocks to go that fast. You are walking that creek faster than I'd walk a field.

hello i'm new at arrowhead hunting and i don't know where to start all that i'm finding is pieces of flint can you help me thx
@thegeorgiacreekwalker491
@thegeorgiacreekwalker491 3 жыл бұрын
Where you find pieces of flint is where you want to look along with streams, creeks, riverbanks and tilled fields, if you're finding flint chippings they're there because the Natives were making Arrowheads and tools from flint, persistence pays off, I went Arrowhead Hunting many many times before I found my first point, most people don't always find one every time they look unless they're incredibly lucky but it's all worth it when you do find one, GL&HH TO YOU✌
