I think the Flash season 1, 5, and 6 mid-season finales were the three best of the Flash. While Arrow season 5 and 2 were really good as well, season 7 of Arrow was kind of silly and I am not as big of a fan of season 2 of the Flash without Zoom. Honestly, I think the two finales in season 5 of the Flash carried the season from average to pretty good. "The Man in the Yellow Suit" is my all-time favorite Flash episode just for nostalgia. The Slabside Redemption is my favorite midseason finale in Arrow and The Bloodwork 2 parter is my favorite midseason finale from the Flash.

I Highly disagree. Supergirl Season 4 was doing amazingly well compared to the other shows at the time and compared to it's other seasons from the beginning to the end. It wasn't just Lex Luthor that made this season good, it was the build up with Ben Lockwood's character and how the plot all connected. Bunker Hill was a fantastic episode because of the relation with Manchester Black and Agent Liberty. I also highly disagree to the fact that you said Agent Liberty isn't a good Villain. Ben Lockwoods character was amazing, his acting was great and his story-line was so intriguing, he was an S tier character for me for how charismatic he was. The Conflict between the main Supergirl team, Ben Lockwood, the President and Manchester black was very well done, and the reference to the American Revolution scene was very well done. I cannot see how one could not enjoy this episode especially with the main plot being with some of the best characters in Supergirl, Manchester Black and Agent Liberty

Even if season 3 of arrow wasnt as great as 1 and 2 the mid season finale to me is the most memorable because it was the first time Oliver got outclassed in every way. A bit disappointing how Ra's al Ghul ended the full season but in that fight he genuinely felt like a force fo be reckoned with. Deathstroke and Malcolm seemed like easy fights compared to the way Oliver was outclassed here, not to mention the fact he actually had no ill will toward Olivsr it was strictly business as usual. That to me made him a great Ra's al Ghul compared to the Nolan films or Gotham unfortunately they didnt stick the landing on the back half lol
