INGREDIENTS
2 cups long-grain rice
1/4 of a small onion
2 cloves of garlic
10 oz mixed vegetables
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups of water or chicken broth

My goodness does this look so delicious ❤. My mom taught me to make the white rice using sweet canned corn and using the corn liquid to cook the rice . It gave it a sweet, nutty flavor that makes my mouth water 😊 Your recipes are always so yummy ❤

Simply, Mama, I made both of these recipes & they were absolutely amazing! The Family went crazy! My wife actually took the tacos dorrados & just put it over the rice then dipped her flour tortilla in it to finish it up! Thx so very much for the recipe! We love them!😋

Definitely trying your recipe for Arroz Blanco Simply Mamá! So the rice is also fried but the difference here,we don't add the water with buillion cube and the tomato puree. WOW, them Taquitos de Picadillo looked SCRUMPTIOUS next to the Arroz blanco with a medley of fresh veggies! Thank you for sharing,👍and greetings👋for your family and you from us here in Querétaro! 🤠

Mine lives mainly off of carbs and bananas. He has chicken nuggets every once in a while and once in a blue moon he may want a hotdog.

@@KSGomez88 mine love Colby Jack cheese sticks and cheese pizza. We make it homemade, he likes to help with the dough. Mine also only liked nuggets from McDonald's because they are the battered ones, not breaded. The breaded texture gets him Everytime. But recently he tried the ones from Popeyes and liked those. He is almost 7 and it took him a long time to get this far. I hope your kiddo will try more things soon. 😁 Hugs to you.

Mexican sour cream is thinner than regular sour cream. You could probably add some milk to thin the regular out. I don’t find there is much of a difference in taste. The cheese she mentioned is Cojita cheese. It is similar to Feta in texture but salty like Parmesan. Absolutely delicious.

Why is it that you never have the correct ingredients on hand when you’re demoing a recipe? Today was the rice; you say to use long grain but you didn’t have any. You do that often so just wonder why you don’t properly prepare?
