Olise is a lovely player to watch, and the fact that he's Prem-proven makes him really tempting, but I'm not sure it's the right move for us. He's a bit of a rising star atm, and I think he's hitting a level where he'll want to be the main main on the right somewhere, not a rotation option with Saka. Plus I kind of feel like he's a little predictable when he gets close to the box - another one of these players who always looks to cut in on his left, and almost never goes on his right. He's skilful enough for that not to be an issue against most opponents, but I have a feeling he'll be easily managed by the better defences. Doué looks interesting though - really interesting. Hadn't really heard of him before this week, but I'm going to start paying closer attention...

A big squad and the ability to rotate players tends to reduce the level of overall injuries.

Desire doue is proper class We been after him for a long time we tried to get him last year and the year before, I've seen quiet a bit of him

Camavinga had shit stats before he moved to Madrid. Doué was starting all games towards the end of the season, so that context would be useful

I was as desprate as anyone for a new 9 by new years. However, I've been saying for awhile now that we should strenghten our attack by signing both Eze and Doue. It would give us a lot of cover and options in attack

Part of the reason why Arteta failed to get over the line in the previous two seasons is because of pressure from Arsenal fans. This season let’s not attack Arteta even if we don’t agree with his decisions. This is one secret that Mancity fans use, you won’t hear them attacking Pep verbally like the way we Arsenal fans do to Arteta(these guys trust that their team will not drop points in the last final games).
