I'm Brazilian biased fan of Bruno so take my opinion with some caution. I think he really is much more disciplined than English media thinks. The elbow thing was just one really bad passage of play that I think it was his worst since I started to follow him. But If you look for the numbers HE NEVER GOT 2 YELLOW CARDS IN THE SAME GAME IN HIS WHOLE CAREER. And the ONLY RED CARD IN HIS CAREER was against Southampton in the Carabao Cup. Source: FBREF. I think Bruno is much more discipline than most people think. Remember, as a DM he got into 9 cards really quickly this season, but then went into the next 10 games straight without a card (and reset the count again). For what he brings I think a little bit of rage is welcome. You keep talking about wages but our wage bill is nowhere near the largest in the league and the quality of the squad is far more important. Losing Partey or Jesus weakens the squad considerably, particularly since we wont get anything tangible in return for selling them.

The club was the source in the Jesus story. Not at all surprising you can see that Arteta is not any longer relying on Jesus, he has long term injury, and it is obvious. It is possible he can fit into the squad but he does not contribute much right now.

As mentioned previously I really want to see Arsenal target an absolute top tier speedster, the type of player that can take multiple players out of a game. The players I really like the look of is Mitoma and Nico Williams, especially Mitoma because he can work in tight spaces with his unreal dribbling and ball control but also in space he is devastating with his acceleration. However they are more comfortable on the left cutting in rather than the right, so that isnt ideal. I've always loved Sane but don't see that happening, so we will see on that front. For midfielders Id look at Fofana, absolutely love what Ive seen from him. He is an exceptionally powerful ball winner and carrier rather than a passer at this point in his career. But he has so much potential. Or possibly Bruno, who has a little bit of everything, not quite as strong or athletic as Fofana but his passing range is superior. I see a Bruno and Rice midfield working how Vieira and Petit worked, where its more of a CM partnership rather than a single DM and CM, they can both interchange in their defensive and attacking duties. But Bruno is going to cost 100m, where as Fofana would probably only cost about 40m Finally try and get that kid out of Ajax, Hato....goodness me he has the potential to go right to the top. The thought of a defensive 5 of Saliba, White, Gabriel, Timber and Hato would be amazing.

Context is Essential here tbf, when Jesus arrived we weren't thinking we were going for a title initially, we were thinking this difference maker player will come in and get us over the line for champions league. Also at the time he wasnt really known for injuries either. i think the context of very good player from Manchester City who won 4 titles at the time warranted the top earner spot, but things have changed quickly.. and with hindsight it now looks a bit crazy. but that kind of thing can easily happen season by season to any player. Clive is absolutely wrong in regards to it being right to offload Partey one year before his contract expires. Keep Partey at all costs and build around him until we do not have him. I'd like Youseff Farfana signed as his understudy and mix it up between the two along the 24/25 season. If you're being extra wage conscious becuase of what Partey earns then sod off and support another club!

Some of the people who have found it all too easy to say this team is outgrowing the Hale End lads (because they don't rate the Hale End lads) are going to struggle as it becomes clear that players they do like are in the same boat- be it Jesus, Zinny, Martinelli or Vieria.

Jesus has been unlucky with injuries and fitness. Completely changed us for the better when we got him. We should keep him on this maybe as a squad/rotation player for out wide or if Havertz is injured. If we got Bruno G we’d be a problem going forward as he can play 6 and 8! And if we keep partey imagine, not sure what’s going on with him summer time hopefully he stays. Rashford I personally rate as a pace merchant who downs tools all the time and throws his arms up constantly when not getting his way. Prefer Leao as he can play LW/ST and he’s 6’1 + another physical presence on the pitch which gives us our edge on set pieces attacking/defending.

Jesus is far too difficult to replace in the market for everything he does and can do for us. We should keep him. Signing other forwards will mean we can manage him more which will be good for his fitness.
