Hi Berber… your work is amazing… although you use similar techniques throughout your journals, I usually never know quite where you’re going with it. I want to say, turn on some happy music to dispel the quiet so you can sing instead of scream. And watch some comedy movies so you can laugh and it will help your inside be happier and will be fine on the inside as well as the outside! Take Care, Berber. 🙂❤️🙏🏼

I think the video is sped up too much. Just a bit slower please so we can enjoy the process.

Hey, sorry about the late reply; I just saw your comment. I was wondering if you're not bothered by the background noise during the silent parts of my videos. I've been trying to cut back on those clips for that reason, but if it's not even bothering anyone, I'd love to go back to the slower videos :) Thanks!
