Each page is an incredible work of art. Instead of keeping all of these creations in a book, do you ever do them on canvas and frame them? Do you have to seal the pages once everything is glued down and the paint is dry?

+HooWnts2No Thank you again💕 No I don't seal the pages, if it wasn't in journal I would definitely use same spray fixative on the acrylic paintings just to protect it but since it's hidden in the book, I don't need to. And to be honest, I'm thinking now if I will continue in creating these layouts into journal. I'm almost finished with my first journal and I'm not sure if I should start another one or create these projects maybe on canvas. Not decided yet.

+Louisa Diamond Thank you Louisa, happy you like this page💕 I'm using very soft synthetic brushes- for gesso I usually use the flat one and for gel medium round one. I'm sorry I don't know brand, I just bought them in my local craft store and they works just fine...

Hello, thank you for your reply ... does Gesso do the work instead of modelling paste ? ( Sorry I quite confuse about these white staff (gesso, modelling paste, floss @@ )

+Carrie Lin Yes you can do stencilling also with gesso or white acrylic paint, but it is important for those product not be too liquid, because it would go under the stencil and ruin the result. Modeling paste (or also embossing paste) is more dense which allow to create 3 dimensional effect. Stencilling with gesso or acrylic paint will be flat.
