Okay, before the big show I did a walk-around of the gallery in the shed.
Every year Rebecca Zak (my artist-wife), and myself put on an art show!
This show is something we look forward to and it gives us a goal and due-date to work towards.
Humans are better when we have something exciting to look forward to and things to do!
I didn't make art for years!
Then I got depressed... and solved that. Then I got anxious... and art solved that one! Rebecca suggested that I do a '100 day art challenge' as an experiment to see how art could help.
Oh boy what a great journey.
15 minutes a day minimum. I did a 'day 100 art show' in a live video. This was a powerful experience and I strongly suggest you try. The video is somewhere on the internet.
Okay, well, part 2 of the show is in the house at nighttime full of people!
