Awesome video. Mongolia is by far my Favorite country. As a dutch I love Mongolia more than my own country. The culture, the people, the food..........love it! Visit it 9 times with sometimes periodes of 6 months. Working as a volunteer by helping my aunt. She is also Dutch and 80 years old. She has 5 foster homes and take care of around 55 children and live there already 20 years doing wonderfull work. My wife and me and the kids really wanna go there to live and take over the organisation so we can be important for people in need. We love you Mongolia 🥰

Что больше всего бросалось в глаза , это вежливость людей. А то в последнее время глядя на шеф поваров источяется пафосность,вычурность и смотрите какой я деловой. Тут же ребята представители ресторанов, скромные и вежливые люди

У монгол очень высоко ценится вежливость и скромность каковы высоты не достиг человек! Выскочек мы не любим! Монголы вообще люди очень скромные, не выпячиваются даже если человек достиг невероятных професиональных высот.

@@blardymunggas6884 We can't. We are just using same script, not same language. Like Espanol, English, German, French etc. I don't think they can understand each others language.

Yes, it’s another way of greetings, seasons in Mongolia are very harsh, from freezing cold to melting hot. So we do greet like how have you been in spring, how are you in winter, enjoying summer or doing great in fall/ autumn? Instead of just hi, how are you? It’s more polite, respectful way to greet. Good catch 😃

Everything looks delicious! There is one Mongolian restaurant here in Los Angeles, but it's nothing like this! Hopefully this video will introduce loads of people to Mongolian cuisine and make it popular throughout the world.

That restaurants are just use Mongolian name, they don’t have mongolian things, foods, people

@@saihnaaerdenebayar2775 The one in L.A. I go to is called Golden Mongolian. It is very Mongolian. Most of the customers are Mongolian, and they have buuz, khuushuur, tsuivan, tefteli, khorkhog and milk tea dumpling soup on the menu. The place is decorated with Mongolian artifacts, Mongolian script and portraits of Chinggis Khaan and paintings of battle scenes.

@@ericmabley2120 Sounds about right especially having tefteli is a good indication but don't know about authenticity. My sibling is in SF and he says that meat bought in US tastes nothing like the meat from Mongolia. He tried making Tsuivan a while back and bought some flour. But he says that the flour tastes different and doesn't seem to come together nicely to make the noodles for Tsuivan. Maybe he bought gluten-free flour or maybe it's just different kind of flour.

Do I have the 5 precious meals correct? Red foods: meats, including scalp & organs White foods: dairy products, including fresh curd, dried curd, and fermented milk beverages Green/blue foods: anything from a vegetable or fruit Yellow foods: grain products like noodles & breads, millet & rice, barley & wheat flours Black foods: beverages such as herbal teas, milk teas, spring water, milk vodka, and other forms of alcohol. Also salt?

NICE food lineup; I'd try it all! Yes, we have tripe, and stuffed (cow, pig) stomachs, and blood sausage. Not horse, but I'm sure it's not THAT different from other meats. Such a beautiful presentation as well!
