Arthur (and he did say in his prime meaning his TB ain't there yet) is probably more athletic, much more healthy body compared to the drug addicted gas fumes that Trevor's body is. Just the environment of 1899 is a much more harsher life so he's going to have the body to adapt to such. Arthur is probably the better shot but Trevor is the weilder of the better gun. Arthur's running on antique guns so I think Arthur's skill levels out with Trevor's technology. Id say the only clear cut division is hand to hand, Arthur being the victor for obvious reasons.
