One of the nicest guys in the biz. Notice how he steps back at the beginning to let the keyboard player have the spotlight. It's little things like that which tells you how classy a performer is.

You are so right! He always promotes the musicians on stage with him. I've seen him in concert twice in the past 4-5 years . . he is a regular Joe who happens to have an enormous talent in writing music and lyrics.

I never ever get tired of listening to this magnificent song! As much as I love Sheena Easton's "For Your Eyes Only", there is no question that "Arthur's Theme" by Christopher Cross definitely deserved the Oscar in 1983 for Best Original Song!

You can hear the complexity of this amazing song in timesignatures and intervalls....and there is only one guy who can write these kind of songs...Mastercomposer Burt Bacharach. Thanks to Chris, Peter, Carol and BURT for this amazing song...and yes, I was caught between the moon and New York City a very long time ago.

I was at a party in San Antonio many years ago. Apparently the folks that lived in this home. Were well connected with a whole bunch of artists. The had CC and some band members come to town and jam in the living room. For a little party. Was my date impressed!! Great musicians. Thank you guys
