Another interesting topic you shared to us Atty. Jeffrey Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary intrusions into his or her private, family, home, or correspondence, or attacks on his or her honor or reputation. Everyone has a legal right to be protected from such interference or attacks. Article 13 1. Within each state's borders, everyone has the right to free movement and residence. 2. Everyone has the right to leave and return to any country, including his or her own. Article 14 1. Everyone has the right to seek and receive refuge from persecution in other nations. 2. This right cannot be used in prosecutions that are legitimately based on non-political offenses or conduct that are opposed to the United Nations' goals and objectives. Article 15 1. A nationality is a right that everyone has. 2. No one's nationality or right to change nationality should be taken away from them arbitrarily. Article 16 1. Men and women of full age have the right to marry and start a family without regard to race, ethnicity, or religion. They have equal rights when it comes to marriage, both during it and after it ends. 2. Only with the voluntary and full consent of the intended spouses may a marriage be entered into. 3. The family is society's natural and fundamental group unit, and it is entitled to social and state protection.

Goodafternoon Atty. Bajita, Today, I learned that everyone has the right to privacy, particularly when it comes to their personal lives, that everyone has the right to choose where they want to live, and that everyone has the freedom to leave and return to their home country. Everyone has the right to a nationality, as long as the prerequisites for changing one's nationality are met. The right to marry and start a family is guaranteed to all men and women of full age or legal age. Thank you very much, Atty! #JusticeBuddy

Great day, Atty! Thank you for sharing us this lesson, I have noticed that they are all similar but different with the articles. Ad here's what I have learned today: I have learned that in Article 12 No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, or any correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. And my favorite the Article 16 1. Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution. 2. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses. 3. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. This one was my favorite article because the things that are needed in this article needs each other's consent, so you have a choice whether to do it or not. And I liked it because in my perspective, it shows one individual's respect with each other. #JusticeBuddy #EACCaviteSchoolOfCriminology

Good day, Atty., Thank you for another insightful video today. In continuation of our lecture, it was a detailed and instructive video of yours; regarding the contents of Articles 12 to 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. First, It was discussed Article 12 stated that no one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home, or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. It was followed by Article 13 which discusses that everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country. This article discusses the rights that a person has free from external control and protected by their rights. On the other hand, Article 4 was also mentioned wherein its first paragraph talks about everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. It was followed by its second paragraph saying This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations. Furthermore, Article 15 was also discussed in the video wherein it emphasized that Everyone has the right to a nationality. And no one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality. Lastly, Article 16 on the other side explains that Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality, or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage, and at its dissolution. Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses. The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State. To sum it up, this video of yours Atty. Bajita makes me enlighten on the different articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, specifically articles 12 to 16. It makes my mind blown as I personally don't know that there are lots of rights made in order for human rights to flourish. It was a very informative video and Thank you for sharing it with us.
