I always put 12C27 into the kitchen knife bracket, although it can be hardened to 62-63, I think it is usually lower. I like it because it's easy to get a wicked edge on it, some of the best 12C27 knives hardness wise seem to be most of the stuff that comes out of the SRM factory, SanRenMu were one of the first Chinese factories to use it extensively as far as I can tell. I like the look of the Biome and now you have reviewed it I think I might pull the trigger on one, thanks for showing it.

I can’t bring myself to keep buying budget knives to feed my channel and I don’t have a David, so this isn’t one I’m likely to see. For that reason, it’s great to see it here. If my knife budget were limited to £37, this would be a great little carry.

I nabbed the c/f version and I have to say it's a fantastic little knife. Great for if you want to carry a smart looking gentlemans pocket knife but not too expensive to actually use 🤣. I'm definitely going to be picking up the g10 version to go alongside it👌

The Stella premium looks very nice, I have to say I am very tempted! If it doesn't sell out too quickly it'll likely be on the channel!

I haven't yet, I've been tempted but it's harder to justify a lock knife for me, I'm sure I'll try it eventually.
