Gina Deluca just did a video the other day on 3 of these colors and did not like them at all. Lol. I've tried the brand that Hobby lobby sells and thought they were pretty nice. Either way I'm in love with the concept of not having to mix paints all the time it would be a nice break especially when in a hurry and need a quick paint fix Lol. Life would be sooo much easier to be able to just grab bottles and create at least for the few colors they have !!! Lol. 😉😉😉😉😉😉 your paintings all came out very nicely !!! I like the gold shimmer also but that was a one thing Gina did not like ... and the silicone versions turned out really cool. I did a pour the other day and woke up to a huge moth flapping around stuck in the paint and ruined the whole thing... it was a nice cloud pour that I really really liked & I had no idea how to fix it. Hahaha. Stupid bugs. Hahaha. Poor fella I had to squish him to put him out of his misery since there was no way to save him from his pending demise. !!! Lol. Yuck . Thank you for sharing !!! Personally, I love mixing, but sometimes it gets really annoying, especially when I just want to pour and have nothing pre-mixed 😆 I checked the video by Gina Deluca, I haven't seen the dry result, but I think there is a chance her colors were muted because of the white base coat...?

YES! YES! YES!!! Last Monday I watched a Tammy Anderson video where she tested this new line of Artist Loft Ready Mixed Paints! After watching many artists videos day in and day out for the last 3 weeks, I had yet to buy anything because the mixing techniques & recipes for the mediums were so different from artist to artist. It ALL intimidated me, which is quite hard to do. At 72 I could care less about "most" challenges. After seeing the results of Tammy's first go round with these new ready-mixed paints, I WAS ALL IN. Over this last week, I've spent at least $600 dollars running back and forth to Michael's & shopping online at Amazon for all the stuff necessary to make this my NEW LEASE ON LIFE! Finally, PASSION has once again filled my soul. As an old Merchandiser of Children's Clothing in my younger days, I was once again inspired to live & laugh again! After my first 2 paintings, I was completely SOLD! I love doing this! They came out fabulous! I am now going on my 9th painting which will be YOUR gorgeous Black Beauty. I don't know if you've given it a name yet (please do tell) but Black Beauty makes me think of it. It's so interesting to see how you can get such different results using the same paints! The ring pour is gorgeous, and I really love the smokey effect of the first flip cup w/o silicone. The canvases w/ silicone turned out great, too!

I love that there’s fewer steps. So the premix is good for me. However, oh my goodness, the cost is very prohibiting! Your ring pour really is beautiful! And the one that the bugs messed up is really my favorite...minus the bugs of course🤗💕

thankss for showing the dry canvas too! so many artists show the dry painting on a later video and often it is hard to find it. I like it right in the same video.

Olga these came out amazing. Even the transparency on that one canvas was very ghost like . Like smoke or flames. Really interesting. I just got these paints myself and need to do a review on them so thank you very much. I would love to collaborate with you one day❤

I found it interesting that the bugs all went to the yellow. Gardeners know that this is the way to get rid of pests in the garden. Just paint a board yellow then smear Vaseline or something sticky on top and hang where the bugs are. They are attracted to the colour and get caught. Not a good idea with a painting though I LOVE your sessions on you tube, always very informative. Thankyou

Although the two with silicone are somewhat similar, I feel each of the paintings are unique in technique and results. All are beautiful pieces of art. I’m so glad I found your channel. "Pour on canvas or hard surface..." the look on your face was priceless! I watched the pour medium comparison & now I'm subscribed. I'm addicted to pour painting! It's the first artistic effort in my life I have EVER succeeded at! 😉 But I've had the bug issue too, it just breaks my heart because they NEVER land on a bad painting.

I realize this is an older video but I am pulling out my AL Ready Mixed paints and I want to follow you for a ring pour. Just have to tell you that for some reason I am now able to write comments when before I didn’t have that option. Perhaps it is due to the purchase of a new phone. I have been wanting to tell you for a long time how much I appreciate all you do for the fluid artists. Your articles, your wonderful instructional videos, your adorable accent and you just being you are all so helpful and uplifting. Many sticky traps for insects are colored yellow because they are attracted to that color.... That big swath of yellow on that one canvas drew them in to their final resting place...... Nice Pours, I appreciate the instructional information in your videos, thank you.

Thanks Olga for the test. I’m like you in that I enjoy the process of preparing for a pour. I could see myself maybe using one or two colors. I liked the bright blue and gold. Im interested in seeing how the premix paint would work with paint I mix myself using together. Looking forward to seeing the video on different pouring mediums. 💙

6:51 would you be able to recreate that transparency effect by diluting some or all colors with a bit more floetrol than usual? I actually really liked that effect. Would be a fun video if you can try to replicate it by mixing your own paints like usual. I'd like to replicate that effect someday but I don't plan to buy pre mixed paints.

The ring pour work is great. especially Metallic navy color is very beautiful. I didn't expect the work without silicone oil, but it is so elegant. Today's lesson is that bugs like yellow. how Can you get such large cells? by stirring silicone oil a little? This is a really great video . I'm looking forward to the next video. These paints seem very worth the money as long as you add things for cells. That gloss and transparency is gorgeous! Amazing that there is no top coat on the ring one!

I can't say I am really excited about the Artist loft premixed paint or their lack of colors But I love that you did this so I don't need to!!! Thank you. The one with the bugs was the most interesting of the bunch....I think I would buy a fly strip and hang it in your studio!!!!!!

I was at Michael’s yesterday and saw this new paint....agreed it is quite expensive! I thought too that they were very shy with information about the paint but, maybe since there is no need to mix and measure they felt it unnecessary to give any further details? Your experiments turned out beautiful....too funny about the 🐜s !!!!!!!😄 Good lesson for all of us! Thanks for your videos, very informative.
