I’ll review MatePad 11 next

I would say the Matepad pro 10.8 is better as I have read that it has a brighter screen, better processor (SND870 vs SND 865), more RAM and storage. If you live in Europe, you can find in Amazon Germany, the Matepad pro (without case, or pencil) at the same price as the matepad 11 (which has barely dropped in price), it would have 8+256, while the matepad 11 would have 6+ 128 The pro 2021 has the same processor as the Matepad pro 2022 An advantage of the matepad 11 is that it is available in more countries and there is a lot of information about it. the matepad 11 is more interesting, cheaper and comes with 120hz screen, there's even bundles that include the pen + keyboard at no extra cost.

Not exactly sure what you mean. You should be able to save it to your local storage. If not, there could be permissions issues. E.g. you did not grant permission for the app to save onto your tablet.

It's paired automatically when you attach it to the side of the tablet.
