I've got both. 2 group old one just rebuild by my friends help in a garage. 1 group new one is just amaizing. This machines will serve you for ever.

Steam is steam, you can’t change the temperature, do you mean with the milk temperature? If so a thermometer it the best way to measure your milk temperature
