Maybe it was named Bellboyant in a play on the word clairvoyant since it kinda looks like a psychic type to me. The bell on its tail could be a way for it to see into the future so clairvoyant + bell = Bellboyant?

I thought the same thing. I'd imagine it ringing its bell to warn people of bad things going to happen, but people misinterpret it as a bad omen, because it's also a black cat. Since that description also sounds a bit like Absol, I guess they eventually transferred those traits over to Absol instead after this design was rejected.

Rejected pokemon: "GottaPee", it's a hybrid water and fire type pokemon. It stands cross legged on one foot, hopping from one foot to the other while clutching itself and shouting "GottaPee!" It's eyes are half yellow and appear to be fluid storage as you can see the fluid sloshing around inside. It has a flaming urine attack.

I got it. Julia's political garfield represents congress defunding planned parent hood and the screaming represents the anger of the people. The boots are showing the strength and standalone mentality that PP has in the eyes of the government but it actually needs substance to stand on a strong foundation. the cat/garfield is how the people against PP by viewing it as a lazy, fund eating monstrosity, and a waste of space. Even though there are people who love/need cats/garfield.

You've done so much Pokemon stuff, so I'd love to see something like the evolution predictions for the Alola starters where you draw new evolutions, pre-evolutions or mega evolutions for Pokémon that don't already have them. If you search 'evolution' on Bulbapedia, it'll show you lists of Pokémon that don't evolve or only have one stage of evolution to use. I think Dunsparce, Jynx, Mr. Mime or Hawlucha would be fun choices!
