Love the squeeze bottles with pre-mixed, important colors. A teacher we met was asked to define "subtle contrast" and she answered, "When you mix a color you like and inevitably fail to re-mix it, the difference between the two is a subtle contrast. That's why you always mix enough of a color you need."

I love how if you look at this painting in just the right light or maybe in the right mind set, it looks as if you are floating. Though you are sitting still planted on the ground. It’s as if you, being at peace in that moment, enjoying the full richness of the fragrance of the tulips the music and the excitement of knowing what’s to come from this moment has elevated your soul. When I first came across your channel I was so drawn to it I binge watched it like it was the only one on KZfaq. Not anymore. Jess, this is a masterpiece! Love that the headphones are on you too in the painting! I always close my eyes when smelling flowers. It’s hard to pass up beautiful flowers on my walks. ( always check for bees first! ). And it does help one to focus more on the scent when the eyes are closed! Looking forward to your next sequel to this one ! 💖

I’m inspired by this process of yours to paint a portrait this large for a family member who’s lost a loved one. Through these videos, I’ve learned a lot of tips on letting the canvas and paint to do their own thing, but also on exploring different styles and mediums. Great work, Jess! Jess, I love this video and the mindfulness and calmness you exude:) Although the creation process until a picture is finished is a little struggle inside. So many different technics you’ve chosen for taken the transparency of the tulips with the secret smile on your face and the hover bottom where the color’s floating to the bottom. I truly love to see how the painting is getting more realistic and really brings up how you feel. It gives me the feeling of being next to you enjoying the moment doing what I love. Awsome! Not just your painting but also the video and your process. A lot of things you said are spoken from my heart. Thank you! I learned to jugle in scool I was a kind of kindergarten teacher (in Germany its a little different) and ouer timetable included jugling 😁we were told to try to throw the balls in the same hight we starded with only one ball to get a feeling for the hight (the line of you ey brows kind of) then two balls and then three.

I had to listen to this video twice because it was so calming and insightful, and I just had a feeling that drove me to click replay. I'm working on my final art assignment and funny enough, it's focused on the theme of connection like your piece so I couldn't help but have you as one of my artists that inspired me (If that's okay?).
