"Puts them as close to my base as he can get" - literally puts them in the dead centre of the map so it's equidistant to any of the possible spawns. As for how he went directly to Arty's position first - it could have just been a lucky guess, or he could have spotted Arty's scouting SCV. We don't see the whole game so we don't know exactly what happened - when viewing the replay Arty skips directly to the part when the probe is already in his base, and the probe actually arrives in plenty of time to check another spawn before the zealots pop out (it's in his base for at least 20 seconds before the first zealot finishes). I get the feeling that if this was a genuine maphack, they wouldn't have bothered making the gateways in the middle of the map and just would have made them closer to Arty's base.

Unless they had a map hack and put it in the middle to hide the map hack amirite lol. Just a gamble that pays off.

@@danieln6700 Heh yeah. The protoss just gambled and it paid off, but in all honesty, that probe was in his base *at least* 20 seconds before that first zealot finished (probably longer). So it arrived in plenty of time to go and check another spawn had Arty not been in the first place he looked (and then if he wasn't in the 2nd spawn location, he'd know where we was by process of elimination).

It was map hack guys. Map hackers do that to avoid getting reported. But they don't bother to at least send the probe to scout another location first 😂

The problem with Ghost Lockdown is how slow and resource intensive (275/325) it is. Protosses will constantly attack you, which is why you will be spending mostly on vultures and tanks during the early mid game Also, Ghosts' lockdown range is lower than the Carrier's max range

Rush builds = map hack? If anyone watched more then3 games of Artosis already knows he a late bloomer and always go eco. Majority of Artosis loses always been against rushers or people with non-standard build orders and tactics which he still has not adapted his gameplay to after 20 years. He has made some changes like making science vessel vs invis rushes and other stuff but against pro rushers he still easy prey.
