Comments like that make me so mad. Body hair is natural, everyone has it, grow up ffs. If you don’t like it - get rid of it, no one else has to do the same. People somehow lived without lasers, waxing and shaving. And body hair wasn’t a problem, wow, can you believe that?

Personally (as a guy) I think it looks very nice when women don’t shave (I’m not saying women that want to shouldn’t or anything) I just think it adds a softness to the face. Also. I hate the double standard for women needing to be hairless but not men. Women didn’t even shave until the world wars happened and Gillette needed someone to buy their razors 🙄

It is really nice to see people sharing these experiences to make others feel left alone, and sharing tips for how to disguise it under makeup is really helpful.

It still hurts the worst when other Indians will make fun of hairy Indians and just not be able to relate. Hurts bad when it's your own mom always pointed this out, bleached your hair and skin with really irritating products, and took you to poor quality salons that burned you with wax and left you sticky and just inflamed your acne for years rather than just looking into ND yag laser hair removal.

I also used to break out and i was so scared of shaving afterwards. Acne prone here! But ive seen how others avoid it- and it works for me now too 1. Use a new and good razor 2. Cleanse and exfoliate before 3. Use a hydrating cream to shave 4. Then gentle cleanse afterwards 5. Use a calming serum and moisturizer as last step.
