Hello let me explain what happened to you. Basically the taxis in iraq which goes outside Baghdad work in such way : it is either to hire the entire car which will cost you more or you share a taxi with others which will cost 25000 dinars to 30000 dinars so i don't believe that the driver was trying to scam you but i still don't know what happened exactly behind the camera . worth mention to say is that this Garage heading only to the south parts of iraq so normally people who want to go to Mousil should not go to this garage . that is why the first gay was trying to tell you to go to Alawy ( which is an area in Baghdad where there are anther Garage ) that goes to the North part of iraq . It is also possible to hire a taxi from outside the Garage I know it sounds weired but it happened sometimes and that is normal . I still find it rude to fill the banzine gallon inside the car while you were sitting but hey this is the idea of travelling sometimes you find crazy pple and sometimes you find good pple .
