I feel these ascention symptoms and they are not scary because I have been watching yhese podcasts and know what is going on. I give in to them and rest, nap, eat better , etc. I am 79 years old, you should try all of this at my age! I think this is magical. I have visions, highly evolved intuition. Commenting at about 20min in with so much YES! This resonates with this 61y/o. The Earth's core is wobbling too and I'm learning to energetically adjust. Our growth involves releasing judgment and supporting those who are awakening. I am no longer the weary warrior of the 80, 90s, and early 2000s. The frustration over the slow growth pace is gone. Everything is as it should be and very exciting.
