Argo Bromo anggrek train is the fastest narrow gauge train in Indonesia. This train had 160 kmh pass in the first test with (fat trainset) than had 136 kmh in NG trainset

Correction: None of them has "FAT trainsets" most of them maybe scrapped. And they continue to operate with K1 Trainsets later on. Which can reach higher speeds (As of 2024)

Indonesia sering di hina pas tengok Vidio neh tak rasa malu kah yg hina tuh😂 Ke unggulan Indonesia mereka memproduksi sendiri kereta nya melalui ahli teknologi 👍 Belum lagi kereta api yg ada di provinsi kayak Sumatra dan Sulawesi yg sudah di operasikan Dan rencana di Kalimantan selesai proyek IKN 2024 Dan kereta cepat dorang udah siap pula😂👍

Everyone is proud of his own train. But only Indonesia in Southeast Asia has locally made trains, designed by local engineers, tested by local workers. If there any damages found, will be repaired by local technicians, not necessary to bring in technicians from abroad. Furthermore, Indonesia locally made trains has been sold abroad successfully. Indonesia is not money lack to buy trains, we bought and build HSR too. However, to build local trains and successfully sell them, is on a whole different level.

Kereta Api Indonesia Also have small(?) amount of Commuter DMUs, Specifically in Surabaya (East Java) and many cities that aren't electrified. But it's nice to see Indonesia in this compilation!

Hopefully Southeast Asian governments will work with one another to develop an inter-country rail system that will connect their countries closer via train, just like what the European countries are doing. For example, rail service connecting Hanoi with Vientiane, Bangkok, Yangon, Phnom Penh, Saigon, Siem Reap, Pattaya, Phuket, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, and so on.

jakarta commuter train is the best, taste like MRT, and have longest trainset commuter train in SEA, 12 cars. the only thing that it cannot be categorized as MRT, bcoz jakarta commuter train still shared its track with intercity trains, not dedicated lane.

Indonesia have more multi train : - intercity train in java, sumatera, and sulawesi have newest one - Commuter line Jakarta metro area and Comuter line Yogyakarta - solo - LRT Jakarta, LRT Jabodebek and LRT Palembang - MRT Jakarta - Airport train in Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Solo, Medan, Padang, Palembang - High speed bullet train Jakarta - Bandung 350 km / h,, . and Indonesia have most luxurious class train in southeast asia (compartment suite class) with cost about USD 140 / seat,,

It would be good if you updated the video on trains in Indonesia, because you are highlighting more the cabins of Economy class trains. In Indonesia there are many train classes, starting from Economy (which has changed since 2022, there are no longer economy class cabins like in this video), Premium, Executive, Luxury (services like business class of airlines), Panoramic, Luxury Sleeper Compartment, and finally there is an HST (350 kph) that connects Jakarta-Bandung >> kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qLuCnLx0p5ullWw.htmlsi=tVGnrOJbijBKEQR4, and in 2025 the HST made by PT. INKA will be operated serving Jakarta, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya (a total of more than 700 km).

You know what's interesting about indonesian railway system? So, as we all know that Indonesia drive on the left side of the road and so it made the driver drive on the the right side of the vehicle like the british and malaysia. And because train system usually follows the law of traffic, you expect our train to be also driven on the left side of the track, right? No, wrong. Our train drive on the right side of the track, like america or the phillipines. But then most of the commuter rail trainset were imported straight from japan, a country which the trains operated on the left since they also drive on the left side of the road. So it makes it so difficult to drive a commuter train due to having a big blind spot because practically it's like driving a right hand drive car, on a country that drive on the right side of the road. And also, because of that reason, we (in this case the indonesian train manufacturers) can easily exported trainset to the phillipines because of the same operating orientation. So in short, our cars drive on the left but our trains operating on the right. Unique huh?

In conclusion, Indonesia have the best commuter railway. It has high volume (12 cars on average) and high frequency. But its intercity service is pretty average, bad even compared to Malaysia and Thailand. This is because the fares are too high, and not all the lines are connected to the maor cities.

Di malaysia gak ada yg luxury untuk penumpang umum. Klo servise malaysia itu juara apalagi yg ETS klo yg msh pke lokomotif gak terlalu rekomen. Toiletnya agak kotor dan keretanya udh mulai usang. Pokoknya naik ETS bestlah

Dan sebagian besar kereta api yang beroperasi di Indonesia saat ini adalah buatan dalam negeri (PT. INKA). (Kecuali KRL Jabodetabek, Whoosh, railink Medan, LRT & MRT Jakarta, dan sebagian besar lokomotif). CMIIW ya.
