Pokequiz Answer. In the scene, when Markus being hypnotized attacked Arceus, several pokemon attacked Arceus using their Shock Wave move. Among those Pokemons, Baltoy and Claydol were also present. However, Baltoy and Claydol cannot learn Shock Wave. This is the mistake.

2 things I want to clear u bro rayquaza is stronger than latias and latios plus Latias did not battle on ashs behalf that much.But rayquaza took down 4 legendary Pokemon for ash that too easily
