Okay 90% of your list is correct but there are some flaws. 1. Kalos deserves better position in legendaries than Hoenn cause of levels not battle prowess or ingame prowess. Kalos Trio indeed has less quantity yet has pokemon weilding great power. Life and Death are high level powers and Zygarde has more power than his fellow members. So obviously this would go for higher position than hoenn. 2. Most importantly there's Alola region cause they have 3 universal pokemons and powerful mythical pokemons. Also a vast variety of legendaries which are strong not only in quantity but in quality. Ultra Beasts, Guardian Dieties, Type Null and Silvally and also the mythicals and I don't need to explain why they're stronger than Galar at the very least. Your video is alright otherwise In near future if Ultra Necrozma can prove some consecutive theories right then I would be more happy that's just my opinion though. These theories would make Ultra Necrozma the strongest legendary if not the strongest pokemon but for now I can agree with Sinnoh.

My region list from strongest to weakest 1: shinnoh 2: kalos becuz of hoopa evil powers and also becuz of zygarde he can beat rayquaza and I know he cannot beat eternatus and necrozma 3: galar 4: alola 5: heonn 6: unova 7: johto 8: kanto
