She has no argument! as long as Hamas is holding hostages Palestinians can't cry for Israel's reaction. Release the hostages and then complain about Israel's attack. This channel is full of BS. Instead of blaming Hamas and calling for release of hostages and a free democratic elections (not that Palestinians know what democracy is), they keep blaming Israel for doing the same thing every country in the world would do. Israel's priority is to protect Israeli civilians not Palestinian civilians. That responsibility is on Hamas and everyone is ignoring it.

@@HahaDamn Tumblr lingo? The term gaslighting is used by psychotherapists and counsellors when dealing with NPD patients and specially their abused victims. The term features legitimately in the medical DSM5 manual on mental disorders and has been in use long before Tumblr or even the internet existed. The phrase was coined from the famous 1944 Ingrid Bergman movie in which a Narcissistic husband continuously erodes his wife's confidence through constantly manipulating the environment to support his lies. In the movie the protagonist try's to convince his victim she is going blind by gradually dimming the gaslights in her home over a long period of time. He sends her insane. Such as when Thornberry said, there had been selective journalism going on relating to that piece. To cover her lies she manipulates the environment for the viewer instead of admitting she was wrong. Its a form of narcissistic manipulation they use when caught out. Gaslight is also a very good movie similar to Alfred Hitchcocks masterpieces.

Its a form of manipulation and more than just lies. The term comes from the 1944 Ingrid Bergman movie (Gaslight) in which she plays an abused wife whose husband sends her slowly insane by lowering the gaslighting in her home over time using it to convince her she is going blind. Its more than just lies. Similar to the boiling frog theory. Its insidious manipulation carried out over time to alter the victims perception of the environment in a relationship or trust partnership. The majority of our liberal politicians use it these days because liberalism relies on convincing the voter into backing something they wouldn't ordinarily agree to and often against their will. Like a genocide. Politicians these days manipulate the viewer/voter after the event by changing the environment surrounding their lie to distract from the lie itself. Thornberry did it twice in this interview. Such as when she blames 'selective journalism' to distract from what every viewer definitely remembers her saying on the original interview with Victoria Derbyshire. Then she tries again by bringing George Galloway into the environment out of nowhere. The purpose is to get you doubting yourself on what you thought she meant and not doubting her. Gaslight is a classic movie. Another good Psychotherapy term is flying monkeys which relates to the Alpha Sociopath or NPD using loyal minions to do the lies for them or attack the victim as a group. Such as when many tory cabinet ministers did interviews trying to manipulate something heinous Boris said, or Sunak, Truss etc. The term was coined from the Flying monkeys from the Wizard of OZ movie. They are sent out as a group to mess with Dorothy's head.. The term is also in the DSM5 manual. Thornberry is one also doing the work of lying for the Israel lobby.
