Ashdown Geezer Butler Pedal of Doom

For once I buy something new. I had been looking at the Ashdown Geezer Butler Head of Doom bass amp for a while but decided to try the pedal first in an effort to extinguish or fuel to my Gear Acquisition Syndrome. I put the Pedal of Doom through it's paces, adding an MXR Model 126 Flanger/Doubler and using a line mixer to blend clean/fuzz signals.

Excellent display and examples of new gear with it’s abilities and disabilities of use on or off stage. AAAA class production of video. You’d be perfect in my band!!!

Excellent honest review. The pedal does sound really good. Thank you for sharing. It's also great seeing all the gear in your studio. Quite a few items I used to own many years ago. Looks like the only thing you are missing is a Trace Elliot V8 head. I stupidly sold mine a few years ago. Thanks again. Cheers!

The inability to blend at the pedal level is exactly why I passed on this. The Tech 21 dug pedal is great. Emulates bi-amping, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I want to visit this room and live there for a few weeks. You have some great chops and maybe the best gear collection I've ever seen. I bet you have all the Mesa and Marshall preamps. But do you have all the Rocktron ones? :) Keep it up and post more videos, always laid back quality content from you!

I was wondering if you could give me some advice, I'm looking for a power amp for my synergy preamp and want something thats on the lower watt side any suggestions?
