Ashens is a bit of an anomaly in KZfaq I believe, simply for the fact that he is a very intelligent man. There are other intelligent KZfaqrs but dont usually end up being very popular. Also theres something great about watching a guy that is this intelligent eat 20 year old eggs.
@Nedula0075 жыл бұрын
Hah. Okay.

Yeah, it's just fun knowing that a guy with a Doctorate in psychology spends his days reviewing tat and torturing his digestive system.
@jf13764 жыл бұрын
@Jack _ seriously you, you sound pretentious and pretty unfair
@jimjambananaslam35964 жыл бұрын
@@jf1376 You just misunderstood. The OP is saying that it's unusual for someone intelligent to be this popular on KZfaq, (which actually is kind of a pretentious statement) Jack was just pointing out that Ashen's popularity is partially due to the fact that he's not trying to flaunt his intelligence, he's not particularly educational, he's making videos for entertainment. And the humour, consistency, and getting on it early are all compliments, signs that he is, in fact, intelligent and has clearly put some thought into it.
@TomJacobW4 жыл бұрын
Jim Jam Banana Slam absolutely agree. Him playing around with junk and having an entertaining personality - it's really not about "intelligence" or "education"; I can't see, how someone would want to squeeze that in there. Anyway, it is true that "intelligent" (seriously, whatever that means. Is a physics channel "intelligent"? Is a food reviewing channel from a novel laureate "intelligente"??) channels rarely get as big as pewdiepie or idubbbztv etc., but I would propose, that people just search around for some keywords, because even though the algorithm might not favor them as much, there are many, *many* channels with hundreds of thousands to millions of subscribers with highly brilliant educational or entertaining content here on KZfaq. Maybe just try to not get your watching material from "trending", people!
