This relationship is the prime example of " History over Happiness" people stay in relationships and hold each other hostage because of the time they invested into one another. We get comfortable and will stay and put up with things and not truly work on it to make things better. The love is there but no one wants to be "the one" who left or called off the relationship to safe face.

Hollywood can take his future into his own hands. Don’t allow someone else to decide your future! Ashley take your happiness into your own hands too! If the relationship was where it needed to be - “Kwame” could never ever happen.

Hollywood should have been more curious about why Ashley opened up to Kwame. That's what she wanted from Hollywood. She wanted him to realize the reason(s) why she pauses at deciding to marry him. He isn't emotionally available to her. He is committed to his hurt, pain, and past trauma. Brother needs therapy. Periodt!

Ash is so emotionally articulate Hollywood is like a toddler compared to her. They are not on the same level. She concern about his feelings.

Hollywood didn't do anything wrong to her. She's mad that her father passed before he was ready to be married. She wants to make him pay (emotionally) for that. She hasn't really forgiven him. She's the one being emotionally abusive at this point. Yes, Hollywood could improve. We all could. But he loves this girl with a purity and he wants to be the man she can truly depend on but she is wasting her time and His at this point.

I wish this show had the couples separated. I think that going on dates and seeing your partner right after swayed how this ended. Time apart to process each date would be nice to see. And being separated they can go on dates with both someone new as well as your partner. I think going on dates when you haven’t slept beside them would’ve sparked more or less sparks in the relationship.

If she doesn’t end up with Hollywood she doesn’t need Kwame either. She needs to work on herself and heal periodttt. If she doesn’t take that time to heal she will end up in the same situation with Kwame. I think Hollywood could definitely improve (seen small improvements) but Ashley could change as well and i find it crazy how nobody says anything about her but keep going in on him. Nobody is perfect in a relationship and it’s like Ashley is perfect and he is the only person that needs to change.

Hollywood messed up by proposing and not marrying her twice before this show.

I was thinking like many others that she loves him but is no longer in love with him, but not I changed my mind. I think she wants to stay and build with him; they’ve been working well together for 9 whole years outside of the engagement debacle. What she truly wants is for him to sit in the pain and humiliation-withOUT the constant threats of leaving-in order to feel vindicated and at peace with moving forward...just like she did. Without that, she’d be going into the marriage feeling like a pathetic fool, like she played herself. If he truly wants her to move forward, he needs to hush while consistently showing her through his everyday actions that he’s the best man for her. Easier said than done for a man like Hollywood lol.

I really think they're avoiding inevitable, their season seemed to end 4 years ago. This show only exposed an underlying issue but they're ignoring it. They're probably better off as friends. Hollywood knows it just as much as Ashley but he's holding on for dear life, he's trying to give her the choice to leave instead of making the right choice. He was definitely displacing his anger on Kwame, Kojo I said the same thing, he only had loyalty to himself.

Hollywood & Ashley have been together for a long time and clearly, they do love one another- chemistry, emotional connection, etc. They may not always “hear” one another, but their bond is real... I think it’s normal for Hollywood to feel hurt if the woman he loves may seem attracted to another man. Not really sure if Kwame’s interest was an emotional investment though...

Ashley + Kwame=LUST - In the ' Honey moon stage" Ashley + Hollywood= Loves him /Hates him (Memories 9 yr thing) - but no longer IN LOVE WITH HIM. Ashley + The Ring = Vindicated Giving the ring back= Could be priceless...because she was "NEVER" healed from the hurt-Now, he has to wait. It's her way of showing him how it feels to be deeply hurt.

There is hope in Christ Jesus and you have to be obedient and in alignment with the word of God. Instead of putting a ring on it try pre-martial counseling and allow the Holy Spirit to guide you.

now that you really getting into their dynamic, I think there was a storm brewing right before they got on the show. there was some emotional insecurity and unrest and then going to start inviting other people into the relationship. that is probably why Hollywood was so against her going on dates and looking for an emotional connection elsewhere. Like with Che and Mike, Mike had no issue because he knew Che's heart is with him so she's not going anywhere. Hollywood had called off a wedding then tried to marry Ashley and she said no. That was when he knew she was slipping and thats why his jealousy is all over the place. Ashley has Hollywood but she's looking for heaven elsewhere but I said this before, if she is not willing to forgive Hollywood, she needs to let him go. I think Hollywood has come to a place where he is going to be alright without her and it shows when he said if she wants him, she can go ahead or if she wants to stay, I will wait but she has to let me know.
