The mix is actually pretty old. If you visit history you'll find that almost all rajas in the visayas were part indian.

I am half chinese and filipino. Mainland Chinese in tianjin from my moms side my dad is from a place called pangasinan. And we live in taiwan 💗 how fun is that 💗

I did 23&me and found out I'm 98% Austronesean (Filipinio) with 1% Indian mixed in..I guess now I know why I love Indian food😅..fun fact..there is a lot of Indian influence in tagalog!😮 I guess that's what happens when everyone throughout history travels through your country🤔😉

i went to Jo Koy's show in Vancouver in september. and his opener i think was indian, and married to an indian, or was it the other way around. but there was a lot of indian/filipino jokes. i wish i remember his name !

People will kill u if talk them about other east Asian because of identity problems but they blend in South Indian were every body are from different parts of india So, nobody feels discriminated how they look as Hyderabadi who also lived Bangalore it quite funny

What would really blow her mind is if she checked way into the past she would realize that most Filipinos are descended from the Nagas (who still live in North East India). In fact all of South East Asia are basically descendants of the Nagas.
