Honestly amazed that Trader Joes chose to put a plant-based butter on the corn ribs. They could’ve easily just used dairy butter on something that didn’t need to be a vegan-marketed product. Their vegan game has been amazing recently, so shouts out to them.

@@ashleywicka I think I’m going to shred the tofu and then flash freeze it , thaw it , wondering if it would become spongy, and then less mashed 🤔. you know how when you freeze tofu thaw it out and How textured it becomes?
