But now after hearing this amazing voice (and the perfect accompaniment on the Sarangi, Tabla and Harmonium), it feels like I am listening to Ghazal music for the first time! What a great performance! Thank you for this upload. Edit: In fact, everything is perfect in this concert including the lighting, the audio recording devices, the cameras.

Nice rendition, but Singing Urdu Ghazal needs absolutely correct pronunciation of the words, or else the meaning may change and idea loses its eloquence. Here in this Ghazal the second couplet says: Dekha is Beemari-e-Dil nay....where as this otherwise impeccable artist has sung " Dekha is Beemari Aay Dil". This "Aay Dil" is not there. It is "Beemari-e-Dil" which means the Ailment of the Heart. I am open to correction if someone feel he knows the language more proficiently. Yousuf Ghani (beginer level Shurtinandan Student) .

Perfectly sung ! But in some instances the tabla turned into a happy 'theka' , thus disturbing the emotion of the ghazal !
