While mentioning 1000 people, you didn't forgot to mention mostly Muslims, when around 800 Muslims and 200 Hindus were killed. But didn't mention as 60 people, all Hindus were burnt alive in Sabarmati Express, which started the riots. I condemn Gujarat riots and also the Double Standards by Indian Media on Hindus Prosecution in Kashmir and in Gujarat riots.

If you see the report above it says 1000 people killed which was mostly Muslims. Indian army did came after 48 HR and killed many hindu mob to stop the killing.

How easily the event that triggered the riots has sidelined as just a blaze. A train carrying kar sevaks was stopped by a Muslim mob, a bogie was set on fire in which there were approx 57 people including children and women. They were burnt alive. Did my research on this topic to look into it, and the details are horrifying. Shame on the state officials who insisted the ghodra train burning was terrorism when there was no proof of such. Yes, while the Gujarat riots caption mentions the religions of both victim and perpetrators, the Godhra Incident caption is written in a passive voice, without mentioning the perpetrators or the victims

What is worth noting is how Riots started early morning 8 am with addresses of business establishments and individuals to be targeted. It was a organised riot. What is even more strange is that in a coach of more than 100 people nobody noticed someone pouring 60 litres of petrol and none of the surviving witnesses saw who lighted the match? Those who died their atma will not be at peace since the conspirators are now enjoying high position and power! Unfortunately the Hindus of India feel a sense of happiness when Muslims are blamed and bashed instead of getting employment, clean water, electricity, lower taxes, affordable home, good road, justice on time etc. All these issues that matters to common man is buried down and politicians have the last laugh on how easy it is to fool the voters
