Great practice. The teacher has a gentle but firm voice. Love the fast pace.

I've never seen this one, I like the pace, love her voice . I have done it this length of time 1:15 it is better than almost 1:45 that's too looong! I'm needing a full review ,this is helping me reframing the practice

It's really nice to see beginners doing the class, I thought Ashtanga retreats was only for advanced practitioners. I've been practicing by myself following Laruga and Francesca videos, who are my biggest inspiration. I would love to have the opportunity to join a class guided by them. I'm saving money to go to Purple Valley next year and I hope to see them there. :)

I would have to disagree with you because I would prefer a slow pace with no chanting or advanced pastures

Way too fast for me. But I really like the way that it is done I’m glad the people don’t have to repeat after the teacher it takes so long!
