Makhmali Chicken Gravy | Shahi Makhmali Chicken with Smooth Silky Gravy | मखमली चिकन ग्रेवी
Ingredients:
Butter - 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 4 to 5
Onion Paste - 3 medium sized
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Crushed Roasted Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed Dried Red Chilies - 2 tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Whisked Yogurt - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Square Cut Capsicum - 1 medium sized
Square Cut tomato - 1 medium sized
Ginger Jullienes - 2 tbsp
Green Chilies - 4 to 5

طريقة بالعربي لمحبين الاكل هندي زبده وزيت وثم معجون بصل ابيض وزنجبيل وثوم بالخلاطه كهرباء ثم على نار نطيخها ثم دجاج نقلب عشر دقايق ثم بهارات ونخلط الي نضج وثم نضع كريمة خفق وماء ونخلط وفلفل وكمون ثم طاسه نضع زيت وزبده وحب كمون نحمسها ثم الخضار فلفل رومى وطماط وزنجبيل الى تذبل ثم نضعها على الدجاج وتقدم بعد النضوج وبالعافيه ❤❤
