This gentleman Bobby Ghosh. Does he have numbers to back his allegations on Demonetization..? I contradict on the statements made by Bobby Ghosh. I feel this meeting is not sending out a positive signal to the world. How many of you guys agree with me ?

Non-Indian experts looks at India-its pro's and con's but those conferences/debates/panels always have to have an Indian basically draw a dark/sinister picture of India while completely ignoring any good whatsoever. And they are usually communist leaning Indians which means they hate the capitalist leaning BJP/Modi. So how does one expect any balance at all in their views or perspective? What can anyone learn from the failed communist ideological approach to economy?(several example, including in India!)

Yeah, this American lady has more confidence in India than an Indian! This has been our problem and the disaster is people like Bobby Ghosh have lead this country all these years. While he credits economic stability to lower oil prices, completely forgets the previous govt gifted us a 7 lakh crore plus NPAs. None in my surrounding is jobless right now, if you really wanna work, you'll find a job. These has been the case since last 10 years. It's only these ppl like bobby who are jobless & get into businesses like journalism. And I bet this guy has an MBA.

Mr.Bobby Ghosh should not worry about NARENDRA MODI ,he will win 100%. He talks about anti journalist attitude of BJP ; Mr. ghosh would describe more the standard of indian journalists, the secular brigade , lalau Prasad's Bihari JOURNALISM ( I believe that MR. GHOSH is from BIHAR) . I also noticed that the lady was speaking about promotion of democracy by USA > WHAT else could be the most laughing stock more than that ? USA has the maximum number of BLACKs IN PRISON, A COUNTRY THAT USED SLAVE LABORS FOR HUNDREDS OF YEARS , genocide of Hiroshima and Nagasaki calls itself the biggest promoter of democracy, where a president'S explicit language of "shithole" about countries like Haiti, El-Salvador and Africa is just appalling, unparliamentary , ARE THEY EDUCATED OR STILL LIVING IN CUCKOO'S WONDERLAND ?

After having listened to Alyssa Ayres, I find her to be far more balanced in the current status of India than the leftist and communist leaning scribes like Bobby Ghosh. Seriously, Ghosh, how negative could you be. Wake up! Modi is the best PM India has ever had and under him India has progressed more in less that 4 years than minority appeasing, divisive parties like Congress, and state based parties.

with all the criticism INDIA'S GDP is 6.7% (highest ) in the world. in USA, BLACK IS 13% and unemployment is blacks is 21%. 46 millions in blacks has only 3.6% gets college education and highest drop out and highest Drug dealing in USA. USA 's GDP is 2.4% AMERICA is biggest Military power but has slipped its economic power. please visit the most of the cities in USA and count the homeless people. highest in the world among developed world. Mr.Ghosh comes from the west Bengal , a leftist mind and sees ghost in MODI.

Yes .. I didn't immediately read the included notes until later, and as the lady rambled on an on. it was like listening to CNN or the State Department spokes persons. Later. when I did read the notes, and saw that she was with the CFR, the controller of the State Department, I just had to laugh.
