I have fond memories of sitting in General Hoods rocking chair. My mother had a boyfriend who was a descendant. He had all kinds of relics. But the rocking chair in our living room was neat to sit in....just sharing a unique little thing I had the pleasure of enjoying. RIP Bob.

I have fond memories of Bob. He was very good to my mother. He was a proud Vietnam vet trained with dispersing Agent Orange. When he finally got deployed, it was banned by the Nixon Administration. His unit was dissolved and he became a helicopter door gunner. (Can you even imagine?) Later he disclosed to me that he'd love to have his unit embroidered on a jacket. I wanted to make it happen but he stopped be cold and said "my unit insignia will have me beat within an inch of my life" he went on to say " they'll never believe that I wasn't involved with agent orange" I'll never forget Bob's loyal love for my mother and I'll never forget his caution about his service. After his death, Hoods rocking chair and other relics/ keepsakes went back into his family thanks to his loving sister Wendy. A little eulogy for Bob I guess..I miss him. What a beautiful and sweet sweet man. This is the first time I felt like I could speak about him. He died without any sort of honorable fan-fair. His last name was not Hood. I just wanted to keep that under hat. I'm only venting. - Bryan

It would be really interesting to read the OP report and see if we could apply modern medical billing and diagnosis codes to it...
