What if the increase they give you is not good enough and you cannot trust them to get back to you with a better number? These discussions take months to arrange.

Dude you serious? Those are different percentages. 15% raise on her current salary. And 10% company sales on overall company sales.

@@legitbro1 if my current salary is 30000 and i am asking for 15% raise that means I am asking for 4500 rupees more. Now if the company sales was 1 crore rupees and she raised it by 10% , it means she raise it by 10 lakh rupees.
