I’m from UK and the DRs An NS here all I get told is “ no sorry the pain you have can’t be that bad as THE BOOK WE LEARN FROM TELLS US THE SYMPTOMS ARE not RIGHT following what the books says I will have” I had Decompression (CM1 find in 2015) in 2016 and now left disabled with left sided weakness, mobility is that of an 80yo (I’m 39) I have Syrinx in the spinal cord…- due to increased back pain and a few X-rays of the Lumbar-Thoracic I’m now told I have Severe Scoliosis (lumbar- with Tethered Cord also degenerative disk of L5-6-7 ) And I’m told nothing they can do, the Syrinx was picked up on a X-ray in 2005 but I was failed to be informed, but now due to my LS weakness and my Gait being over compensated on the RS the Scoliosis is now that bad I’m basically bone-bone? But again nothing can be done??? US medical teams are amazing I’ve learnt so much about my CM1 as again UK know Otho g and anyone who u mention it too looks at you like your saying your a secret vampire lol Could you give me any information on what I need to ask for next?

thin linear center intramedullary t2 hyperintensity in spinal cord extending from D2 of D10 vertebral level-Syrinx Small right posterolateral disk protrusion of D11 D12 level and mild disk bulge at D12 L1 level I have this problem but my doctor said don't think much about it i m fine but i feel pain a lot of pain

I have headache.neck pain,vision problems,arm weakness,dizzines a lot of symptoms suffered from past 4 years my mri is normal but doctor said its spinal csf leak what should i do for better diagnose . Can i share my recent MRI.
