Hey there, I can understand dating is not always the most fun or enjoyable experience, especially for long periods of time and since there’s only usually only one outcome you want to achieve. But it’s sounds like you’re on the right path, and doing as much as you’re able to within your own control. I think your experience is actually not as uncommon as you might expect, and everyone moves at their own pace. I also can’t speak to dating from a guy’s experience, but Dr. K is one of my favorite youtubers and I recommend checking out some of his stuff. Hi total stranger, with the effort it sounds like you’re pouring in, it’s going to work out for you at some point. At 40+ I’ve finally gotten to know somebody so delightful who also happens to like me for who I am and reciprocates a lot of what I give and feel. We’re not together together yet, but we’re talking about that amongst many other subjects. I haven’t found the courage before to make over 100 attempts like you did. I was probably overly self-protective and very scared of being rejected and despite that things are finally looking a bit better. And on top of that it’s with a person who happens to have her looks match her beautiful personality. There’s always hope! ❤
