This audience highlighted a few great observations where the larger the unit, the cheaper price per square feet.
Here I've explained the logic behind price psf and how should we use it. Also, I've encouraged him to get a unit where the rental can at least cover 70% of the installment as a place to stay because his end goal in the future would be to rent it out.

Thanks for another good video. I must be born in the wrong era. Really surprising to hear that people in the 20s can make so much. My first starting salary was just Rm1,600.

Well the company won't buta buta give you high salary for nothing. It usually followed by endless tasks, responsibility, and usually very dependent on individual skill. The above point is irrelevant if the position is given by family or relative la. Hahaha.

seems like many 20s earning not bad salary. but I feel average Malaysian are not risk taker when comes to investing; be it property, equity. that is why our stock and property market not too vibrant as compared to our peers.

I guess I'm the fake 20s guy here barely surviving then... It's more into lack of knowledge about these markets and they think large capital is needed for entry hence people would not want to touch them at all

@@Rekaus If a person in his 20s is having a propery worth 700k over 400k, Honda over Perodua car, Iphone over Xiaomi, Cafe over hawker food, business class over budget, 5 star/Boutique over budget hotel traveling, etc. it can never be enough even he is earning 10k at his age. Lol 😆 🤣

@@vinvin5238 hmm I have no idea how they survive with that lavish lifestyle. I eat economy rice, take lrt and use xiaomi phone also end up left few bucks in pay check already... But I do agree my peers at this age prefer living lavishly instead of looking into things that is generating them more income in long term, true fact man

I would suggest to use these as a ceiling breaker, where our mindset will change when we know people with similar circumstances made it, there's no excuse that we cannot do it too. Let's work hard together. Bad times are always filled with opportunities=)
