Hello, I've been looking at Wright for a 28mm cerakote bar since your V3 review (great review as well as this one!). This review mentioned the 3B might not be good for a pressing bar. I'm only ever planning to have 400lbs max for squats and under 300lbs for bench. With that said do you think this bar would be fine or maybe choose a stiffer bar still?

Would you go with this or a Rep Gladiator for just an average lifter doing mostly bench/squat/deadlift/rows. Not super heavy, older man.

Good review. I would say the Rogue Echo Bar may be the closest thing, since it’s essentially an Ohio Bar with only a 1-year warranty. It has the same bronze bushings and a bright zinc finish for only $195. It’s very hard to find any Cerakote barbells for under $300.

Hey Joel I am considering this barbell and the Rogue Bar 2.0 as a back up to may American Training Barbell. Any major differences between the Box Basic and Rogue 2.0 besides shaft diameter ? Debating if I should spend the extra 70ish on the Rogue bar. Thanks!
