On my rogue in phase 1 in 2019 classic release I was raiding with my guild & I won Strikers Mark with like a 95 roll like 10 other melee dps rolled on it I remember the raid leader going “grats bro that’s best ranged dps in the game for melee RN”. I was so stoked.

Lock is there to put on curse of elements, that's it, they are not great damage in raids

back in vanilla when no one streamed, I had a guild leader that was this type of personality. We did so much fun shit together as a guild, just seeing the first few seconds of this video brought up so many great memories ( I know some people will always be trolls in every community and try to ruin the fun )

I didn't play classic the first time but did this release and I was a tank paladin. My first run ever I had a soft res on two T1 lawbringers and both of them dropped. I blew up over night lol

He talks like people had prehistoric brains during Vanilla. "Back then people didn't even understand what an interrupt was". People were more than capable of playing WoW at the same level they play at nowadays, it's just so streamlined now that the average difficulty has dropped so much its hard to even compare Classic to Retail... genuinely trash pulls at level 10 are way more challenging in Classic than most of the dungeon bosses (non-mythic) at 60 in Retail... you could die after pulling 1 too many mobs on your way to 60. Especially if you were a clothy.

@@Papitoti Playing vanilla in vanilla is playing vanilla. 3 months is enough to understand the game and had all the experiences we all did. He is always vocal about him wanting to do some raids but he couldn't so he decided to play more hardcoreish in bc and on. He was one of the most notorious streamers that wanted classic so he can do the only content he couldn't, because he refused to play in private servers.

Patch 1.12 is easier. Many classes got buffs so Entry level raids became easy.
