There were many more objections, like not handing over the devices until 2 weeks before trial started, regardless of the fact that the deadline was Nov 30th 2021. As well as just dumping 58,000 images, when they were only supposed to hand over relevant ones, and many more issues.

The judge said they had to e turned over by Nov 30th 2021, but they didn't turn over anything until 2 weeks before the trial began and dumped 58,000 images. Basically they left it too late and dumped too many images for the expert to work on. I think this is why they are not letting any other images to be introduced into evidence, and also why they took the metadata off the ones that were allowed in.

I also went out a lot still and covered as much as I could with makeup and scarfs, so we are essentially enterily different and yet have been through similiar things. It's dangerous to think that your experience is the 'normal' for victims as it can be miles apart and the reaction of each victim can also differ. I don't know what to think of Amber at all. Some things I feel are straight BS, and some things that she says I can relate to from my own abuser to be very similar.

Any makeup enthusiast can tell you bruises are nearly impossible to cover even when there is no swelling. With strategic color correction under high-coverage makeup you can hide them to an extent, but it won’t look “normal” to anyone looking. Your skin is slightly puffy for a few days and the pores look different. Tinted moisturizer? No. It’s laughable. And wearing the color corrector OVER the makeup isn’t how you do it/wouldn’t work at all. The only truth in her entire testimony is that she used a “bruise kit,” which is a theatre thing that creates realistic bruises (I have one). She was so obviously lying! Makes me rage every time lol.

@@rexerator The judge ruled so because Depp's team didn't recieve the photos for forensic analysis when requested, and the photos they DID recieve were either not relevant, clearly had the metadata fudged by Heard's team, or were irreversibly corrupted. Jonny's team therefore didn't get the photos being entered into evidence as part of the discovery and could not verify the validity of the metadata. When this was brought to the attention of the judge she allowed the admittance of Heard's photos as evidence provided the metadata was redacted to the satisfaction of Jonny's team. The metadata can't be proven as to it being tampered with or not. So, can't be used as evidence.

I went up a chair and bumped on a shelf and hit my eye and got a cut and bruise. It bled like crazy and I got 3 stitches. My eye swelled so much I couldn’t open it for 2 days with ice every hour. I don’t believe anything she’s saying. She’s doing a lot of work to try and patch together her phony baloney stories, but it’s all bullshit. It’s bullshit. She’s probably a psychopath. @@ritacampbell3833 I completely agree. I went through a lot of what you did, including the broken nose. Makeup won't disguise a broken nose. Even if you hide the bruising, the swelling is still going to be obvious 🙄😖 Nothing she says sounds like real life in this day and age. It all sounds like a script from an old movie when dv was still hidden and rarely done anything about. Actually, her tales sound a LOT like a couple movies I watched from back then 🤨
