These lawyers are brilliant. They were just allowed to say in front of the jury, "Justice for Johnny Depp", "Amber Turd", plus the other two hashtags. Not only that but threw in that millions of people are following and tweeting on them. If the jury had never seen it online before, they have at least heard it now. Millions of people want justice for Johnny Depp. They will be hard pressed now to go back, and say "well millions of people are wrong, let's vote for AH." If anything, it gets them thinking about the temperature of "Public Opinion", and it could sway someone that is maybe on the fence unable to decide, over to JD's side. It's very compelling that millions have sided with Johnny. Even I wasn't much of a JD fan before this. Sure I liked some of his movies but he was just another actor to me. Now after hearing all of AH's testimony, I have become a pretty big JD supporter. You have to stand up for those being wronged.

In all fairness it should not be like that. The internet should not sway a Jerry's mind. It should be what they're hearing in the courtroom and the facts and the evidence that have been presented to them. Hearing that millions of people are hawkeying these people is beyond absurd to think that if they change their vote that's why it's changed. I can't get on board with that that is not okay in any way shape or form.

This was such a MISSTEP by Amber’s team. This is precisely why the jury shouldn’t be on the internet researching this case. But what did these idiots do? They introduced public opinion into the courtroom and then got obliterated. This wasn’t the slam dunk they thought it was going to be.

@@MurdaSheWroteXX You are right. AH's team has only 8 hours left from what I understand, where as JD's team has over 10 hours more than that left. If anyone is wondering what we are referring to, each team was alloted a certain amount of time, like a bank of time. Each witness pulls from that time. This was done at the beginning of the trial. The judge made it clear at the beginning that when their time runs out they have to stop. Even if they are in the middle of a witness. So they now have to manage the 8 hours they have left so it can stretch a whole week, or four days depending. I'm not sure if the time they were allotted includes closing arguments. If it does, they have a real challenge ahead of them next week. Closing can take an hour so its possible they really have 7 left. That being said, Closing may be a separate thing, and not pull from the bank of hours.

I personally feel like that many depos hurt her. As a juror, I would wonder why no one showed up, and also, why none of them were remote, but all from years past. Dude it's Johnny freaking Depp. One of the most well known and well respected actors ever. He seems so sweet and genuine and he was totally in love with her. He took care of her, her family, her friends, and had no issue at all spending tons of money on her or the people she cared about. His biggest issue was his substance use, which she didn't seem to genuinely care about (no matter how much she claims to) because she was perfectly fine using with him. The only thing she had to do was NOT be a giant piece of sht, but apparently that was too hard for her.

The lawyer was trying to milk everything he could out of the wizard, more than a normal conversation would have, but he only used the language he did because it's what's required of his position in this courtroom. The lawyer was smart enough to use the margins of the paper, and the wizard knew what the data insinuated, but stuck to the role of a true professional. This was an absolute masterclass in how to handle an expert witness, very impressed with Depp's lawyer and his team, they pick the right team member and tailor their approach/style for each witness- Camille for Amber, a young woman that cannot be seen as bullying, and a pugnacious older guy to school the expert witnesses. Heards lawyer have a one size fits all style/approach that comes off as very obnoxious and has been totally ineffective- I think her team has been a disaster, but 80% of it is the weakness of her case, as they u cant polish ATurd. Some of Depp's lawyers strategy is becoming apparent, they have thoroughly discredited the testimony or relevance of the expert witnesses, they destroyed Heard on Cross, yet they are not really Cross-examining her witnesses, its obvious to me next week when its their turn they will have many ace-in-the-hole and other witnesses to discredit all of Heards witnesses, they are giving Heard's side the rope to hang themselves (perjure themselves first), let them speak their lies so they can be debunked in front of the jury later. This case will be taught in law schools in the future for sure

I can't believe they used this guy to show that after some leaked information, the public listened and are now calling for justice for Johnny. That's not good for them. It had the worse outcome. You got to wonder how competent are these lawyers and who's leading the strategy. The client or the lawyers? It's not everyday you meet people like this IT expert. He consulted for them for so long and they couldn't make the magic happen. The jury also heard Waldman admit things he did and saw his demeanour when he said it. He strongly believed his client. The public perception has changed as a result of the leaked audio. The only who has not admitted anything or given away anything including drug use is Amber even when the evidence is there. She didn't admit and provide context with her redirect. The jury won't forget that even if they forget some things. Then there's that Amber's walkout.

In case anyone was lost in the weeds in this exchange, the point the lawyer was making was that the majority of the negative tweets about Amber pre-dated the statements Amber was suing Johnny for. Thus the statements Amber has an issue with could not have slandered her. Amber's team was trying to say all these tweets were a result of the statements she had an issue with (I've never heard the statements so I can't get into that). It was hilarious how loudly and emphatically the lawyer took that chance to say Amber Turd, especially the final time he said it.

When I listen to Johnny Depp’s testimony, the tape recordings, look at the photos and watch the videos, I see deep sadness. A man whose grief has been denied. I am the mother of three sons and when I see Johnny Depp, the mama bear comes out big time. It is well known that the five steps of grief are: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance. I believe we observed the evidence of not an angry man but a grieving man throughout the years with her. If we think about it, Johnny Depp believed he had found the woman of his dreams, his life partner, and she turns out to be a harsh, abusive and demanding narcissist. But this is his dream, this is not happening? Denial - he tries to make it work and even marries her. Bargaining - it will get better if only I do . . . His life appears to have gone into a blind tailspin the moment he met her. Then in all of the chaos of trying to cope with her, her demands, taking care of her friends and family, he loses his mother Betty Sue and his close friend and body guard, Jerry Judge among others. The grief begins anew. “The process of dealing with a breakup is comparable to grief,” says Dr. Tricia Wolanin, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist. “It's the death of a relationship, hopes and dreams for the future. The person we are losing was [a big part of] our world and therefore has taken up so much of our mental and heart space.” Johnny Depp’s grief was manipulated by a Machiavellian narcissist - Amber Heard - that enjoys causing chaos and pain. The anger had to come at some point and she knew it. She may not be smart enough to know why there were triggers but she knew enough about how to pull them and she enjoyed it evidenced by the evil laughing tape recording.

That was very well said. I know JD is really hurting. I believe he tried so hard to convince himself it would get better, and when it got worse he was so much in her claws that he couldn't get out. So much so that he just couldn't mentally, and physically deal with it anymore. I honestly believe she drove him very close to a complete breakdown. You can hear the frustration in his voice on the audio clips. The drugs were probably the only thing that stopped it. Granted he has never denied the drugs, but I couldn't imagine living the horror he lived without something to numb it. Otherwise I believe he truly would have had a breakdown. If he had been sober for sometime as he said, she definitely pushed him back.

@@sfcmp7005 True. There are tapes that cannot be played because Jerry Judge is died which makes them hearsay but the list of drugs she told Jerry Judge she took at one time was staggering. She did nothing to support JD’s sobriety. She kept up her drug and alcohol abuse the whole time. He was surrounded by her drug using family and friends and endured her abuse. It is tragic.
@sfcmp7005
@sfcmp7005 2 жыл бұрын
@@sandrahughes5617 Its really a tragic story. JD is genuinely a good man. Granted he has his demons, but this is where his loved ones should have come in. AH was supposed to be that and failed miserably. It's a real shame he was taken advantage of the way he was. Hopefully, once this is all over he will be on the road to recovery. JD's band the Hollywood Vampires consist of, Alice Cooper, and Joe Perry from from Aerosmith. This is actually a good thing. They are a bit older than JD, and I believe they can keep him focused. Contrary to popular belief Joe Perry and Alice Cooper are not drug users. They both got sober around 1983, so they can be of great help to JD. Bandmates are like brothers. Hopefully they will see Johnny as their little brother. I think he could use some big brothers right about now. I've seen some of their gigs on KZfaq, and Johnny is a very good guitar player.

Do not know what people are on about johnny's lawyer just kicked his ask still no actual evidence of defamation in the record. At this rate they will dismiss her claim.
@trololkhil9868
@trololkhil9868 2 жыл бұрын
her claim is already dismissable. The majority of the defamatory statements are geared towards calling amber a liar (as well as her friends) and are not attributable to one source. I mean they are saying Waldman was but the issue is that's still only 25% reference to it and he already aknowledged being contacted by reporters etc. Leaking audios or evidence is not really a big thing since he himself doesn't state more than hey here's this new footage it's not matching what she is saying ergo she faked the whole thing. The other issue is the defamatory statement is that she is a liar/fake in terms of substance. She has been proven to be a liar in court already, therefore those tweets are no longer defamation they are just stating fact. This is the problem that she has. Amber's countersuit will 100% fail because she has no evidence to suggest that it was due to the lawyer's statements she geared her claim against and the substance of the defamation has already been proven imho. Either Johnny wins or they both lose (I.e. jury agrees that none of them have enough evidence for what they are claiming).
